As a third-generation insurance agent, I’m proud to carry forward a legacy that began right here in Midland back in 1969 when my grandfather built his agency from the ground up. His values of hard work, trust, and putting people first still guide everything we do today.

In 2022, my parents took the reins of the business, and I’ve been deeply involved every step of the way — first as a supportive granddaughter, and later as a Home Specialist within the new agency.

Growing up around the business gave me a unique perspective on the importance of personalized service, and I’m passionate about helping clients protect what matters most to them.​

Hi, I’m Madi Wood—owner of Madi Wood Insurance Agency and proud third-generation insurance agent. I’m a Midland native, graduated from LHS, and am deeply rooted in our local community. I’ve carried a passion for helping people into every stage of my life and now career.
My mission is simple: to help others understand insurance in a clear, straightforward way. I believe that peace of mind starts with knowledge, and I'm here to guide you through your coverage options with honesty and compassion—just like I would for my own family.
Speaking of family, my husband Cody and I have been married for five wonderful years, and we're raising our sweet 4-year-old son, Easton. Whether we’re swimming, playing at the park, or exploring the Solar System with Easton, we do life together—and I bring that same sense of togetherness into my work with clients.
It’s an honor to continue the legacy of service started by my family, and I’m excited to serve the next generation of our community with integrity, heart, and a smile.

Hi, I’m Cody Wood—Producer and Co-Owner at Madi Wood Insurance Agency. I’ve spent most of my life in Odessa and proudly graduated from THE Permian High School.
Ask me anything about Friday Night Lights—from playing on Ratliff Stadium’s field myself to watching the movie more times than I can count, Permian pride runs deep. It’s a tradition I hope to carry on with our son, Easton.
At the agency, I bring a practical, down-to-earth approach to helping clients protect what matters most. Whether it’s your home, your car, or your future—we’ll walk through it together, and I’ll make sure you understand every step.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside playing with Easton, catching up on a video game, playing an 18 at Hogan Golf Course or at the yearly LHS vs. Permian game with Madi—where the winner gets bragging rights in our house for the year!
